About the Tigers

The Stoney Creek Tigers are proudly owned and operated by Skyline Sports Group, led by co-owners Daniel Svedin and Matt Sagrott. When our ownership group took the reins and rebranded the club from the Hamilton Steelers ahead of the 2023-24 season, we had one clear vision: to build a premier Senior AAA franchise deeply rooted in the local community.

We wanted to create an environment where local families could experience professional-grade, high-intensity hockey without the professional price tag. Today, that vision drives every decision we make, from the roster we build to the game day experience we deliver at Stoney Creek Arena.
